Informationen über das Wellnesshotel

Nestled between sugarcane plantations and the turquoise waters of the Indian Ocean, Shanti Maurice Resort & Spa - one of the most exclusive resorts in Mauritius - is a feast for all the senses. With exotic gardens, beautiful white sandy beaches, a gorgeous spa, and the palate again and again, you will find a place where you will have your every wish from the eyes.

Mauritius is one of Mauritius most beautiful seaside resorts . All villas have private pools, exotic gardens, terraces and patios.

Discover an authentic and truly exceptional experience through the different culinary offerings with a dine-around option. Stars Restaurant, home of "Aquacasia" cuisine, celebrating the bounty of the indian ocean and culinary diversity of surrounding islands, capturing the heart of each island of love
food, entwined with a master of spice. Fish Shack, rustic beachside dining in the sand, surrounded by Indian Ocean Nature, serving freshly grilled seafood and BBQ specialties. Rum Shed: Restaurant, Bar & Grill - Genuine shabby-chic venue is the ideal place to enjoy a rum-based cocktail or a family style sharing menu. The bar offers a collection of over 180 types from 36 countries. Discover the truly Mauritian home cooking in a memorable outdoor setting being the Chefs herb garden restaurant at La Kaze Mama. Red Ginger Bar & Pool Lounge Where one can enjoy a cocktail whilst contemplating the magical sunset.

Nestled in the turquoise blue sea, the beautiful island of Mauritius is spoiled all year round by a subtropical climate with pleasant temperatures. The coast is almost completely enclosed by coral reefs. Bizarrely shaped mountains rise steeply above the craters of extinct volcanoes and waterfalls of the central plateau in the heart of the island.

Mauritius, shaped by massive eruptions from the depths of the Indian Ocean, was discovered by Arab sailors in the 10th century. In 1598 Dutch settlers settled here; Later, the Iceland was successively published in French and British hands, before it gained independence in 1968 and 1992 finally became a republic. It is not surprising that Mauritius has become a hotbed of different cultures, which have their very own tradition and cuisine.

On the beautiful south coast of the island, Shanti Maurice Resort & Spa has one of the best beaches in Mauritius. The glorious white sandy beach, which stretches out to the clear turquoise waters of the Indian Ocean, is wonderful to see from all suites and villas. Coral reefs line the shoreline, and the black volcanic rock piled high on each other forms the water at low tide into small pools.

Nestled between lush green mountains and crystal clear sea, the horseshoe-shaped beach is the perfect place to snuggle up with a good book and a classic cocktail under a parasol. Non-motorized water sports such as windsurfing, sailing, pedal boating, snorkelling and kayaking.

Whether you want to do a jogging tour before breakfast, leisurely stroll at sunset or take a romantic moonlit walk, our gardens always provide the perfect setting. Accompanied by the melodious chirping of tropical birds, they are a harmonious balance of lovingly planted and natural, wild-growing greenery.

In the lush, tropical grounds, there are magical koi-filled ponds, lush green lawns and a small native forest tree. All plant and species come from Mauritius, some of which are under strict conservation. Mango and lychee trees grow in the orchard, and in the gardens of public and private villas, breadfruit trees, coconut palms, bougainvilleas and frangipani trees thrive everywhere.
